Kylie Meyer, LPCA

Independent Contractor

Hello! I'm Kylie, a Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. I work with children, adolescents, college students, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or challenged by anxiety and depression. Many of my clients come to therapy during difficult or transitional periods of life, seeking practical tools to improve emotional regulation and deepen their understanding of themselves.

When working with children and teens, I believe strongly in a collaborative approach that includes parents or caregivers as partners in the process. Lasting change for young people often happens when the whole support system is engaged, so I work closely with families to strengthen communication, reinforce skills at home, and build long‑term resilience.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will develop effective coping skills, build resilience, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. I draw from evidence‑based practices including CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions and to support growth across all stages of life.

Additional treatment focus: trauma, ADHD, stress, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and being a part of your amazing journey.

Are you ready to make a commitment to be mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy?
