Dual Path Recovery
Support Group
TRANSITION INTO A NEW WAY OF LIFE
A supportive group environment fosters learning, enhances self-awareness, and offers guidance through the complex journey of recovery and mental health management. Relapse rates for substance use disorders are significant, and co-occurring mental health conditions often add additional challenges to the recovery process. This group addresses both substance use and dual diagnosis, helping participants explore underlying causes and triggers, such as trauma, stress, and relational patterns, while examining how mental health disorders interplay with substance use. You will gain insight into the impact of substances and co-occurring conditions on your physical health, emotional well-being, and behaviors. The group introduces strategies for managing triggers, developing coping skills, and creating individualized relapse prevention plans. Additionally, you’ll engage in self-care interventions and learn ways to manage mental health symptoms effectively. Group therapy fosters accountability and encourages connection, creating a sense of community where your peers support your growth and resilience. Together, we work toward achieving a more balanced and healthier approach to life.
